What SPM.US collects, why, who it is shared with, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Who we are
SPM.US is operated by Super Powers Mobility Inc. in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This policy covers this website.
What you send us
When you submit the inquiry form, we receive what you enter: your name, work email, phone number and organization, and anything else you choose to fill in — your role, organization type, area of interest, platform, timeline, budget status and message.
How you found us
With an inquiry, the site also tells us how you reached it: the campaign tags on the link you followed, if any; the site that referred you; the first page you landed on; and the pages you viewed during your visit.
This is kept in your own browser — the landing details for up to 30 days, the pages viewed until you close the tab — and is sent to us only if you submit an inquiry.
Site analytics
We use GoHighLevel’s website tracking to count visits. For each page you view, it records the page address and title, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. It sets a session cookie that expires after one day.
It does not read anything you type into the inquiry form. It does not run if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal or asks to save data.
Video
The Electric Vehicle Kit page shows a video from YouTube in its privacy-enhanced mode. Nothing loads from YouTube until you scroll to the video, and YouTube’s own privacy policy applies to it.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare quotes and proposals, and follow up about the products or programs you asked about.
- To understand which pages are useful and how people find the site.
- To keep the site secure and working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that run the site and handle inquiries for us — GoHighLevel, which stores inquiries and analytics, and Vercel, which hosts the site and keeps standard server logs — and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Inquiries stay in our customer records for as long as they are useful to the business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@spm.us. To stop the site analytics, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
Controlled information
Do not send classified, ITAR- or EAR-controlled information through this site. Tell us it exists and we will arrange an appropriate channel.
Children
This site is for businesses and government organizations. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes and contact
